Journaling is one of my favorite things to do when it comes to prioritizing my mental health. Setting aside time in the day, whether it be five minutes or a whole hour to write out my thoughts/feelings/emotions/stories is a great way to let go of all those emotions or feelings. Through journaling, you can free yourself from all the feelings or emotions that don’t serve you from your day or week, and give it a new home on your journal pages. Even further than expressing yourself, journaling can be a great way to bring out the best version of you. It can help you manifest the life you envision, bringing those thoughts to life on paper and putting them on the universe’s radar.
